#AberBitteMitSana Personalmarketing Campaign
Sana Kliniken Berlin-Brandenburg is exactly what a modern hospital should be: Large enough to care for 340,000 patients a year in all important health areas. And personal enough to also be there for around 2,600 employees.
A generous group wage agreement, flexible work schedules, a wide range of bonus programs and targeted training, development and continuing education programs make working at Sana so special.
But the Sana clinics are more than just an ordinary workplace. With their Wonderful Employees, we were able to capture the special charm of the clinics and communicate it authentically.
Well-known memes were reenacted by employees of Sana Kliniken Berlin-Brandenburg. With authenticity, closeness and a good dose of self-irony, our brand ambassadors promoted the workplace at Sana.
But how do you make a campaign - in the middle of a pandemic?
We found out: With distance, masks, spontaneity, gallons of disinfectant and even more patience. A big thank you to our colleagues who really gave their all to get their "new colleagues" excited about Sana.
Countless short videos were created for Ads & Stories, which humorously showcased the benefits of jobs at Sana Kliniken.
The whole campaign flows from social media and Google Ads on the landing page www.AberBitteMitSana.de which we have conceived and designed for the client.
